Lume celebrates and embraces the beauty of its surroundings, making the most of the gently sloping landscape that allows for both privacy and leafy vistas. The contemporary design aesthetic is complemented by a refined palette of materials.
The notion of ‘inside out’ living is the essence of the vision, with expanses of glass creating a strong visual and physical connection between the interior and outdoor areas.

Wander along the pathway connecting the residences to the natural surroundings, natural creek bed and raised boardwalk where you’ll find peaceful seating areas to unwind. Charging stations in the communal area enable you to work outdoors for a change of scenery.

The private reserve adjoining Lume’s homes provided us with the rare opportunity to create a very special place for residents. Just as waterways carve their way through Kur-ring-gai’s landscape, a raised boardwalk weaves through the reserve, connecting the homes to this tranquil oasis.
